NEOFLEX is a water-based, VOC compliant, high-build elastomeric acrylic anti-carbonation wall coating for use on properly prepared surfaces such as concrete, masonry, stucco and Exterior Insulated and Finish Systems (EIFS).  Our elastomeric 100% acrylic elastomeric wall coatings show much more flexibility than acrylic paints.
